Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are required to be paid in full when the consultation date and time is selected. Consultation fees are non-refundable. If we decide to work together after your consultation, the attorney-client relationship is formalized with a signed retainer agreement outlining the obligations of both parties. At that time, the legal fees for your case/matter will be clearly outlined. Missed Appointments Policy: We understand that unexpected things can happen, but please note that fees are non-refundable if you miss your consultation. Since we reserve your time exclusively for your consultation, we may have to turn away other clients to hold your spot. Cancellation Policy: We require cancellations be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund of the consultation fee. Reschedule Policy: Consultations can be rescheduled for another available spot up to forty-eight (48) hours before their initial scheduled consultation time.
